A Cargo Pre-Loading / Discharge Survey provides independent verification of the cargo’s condition, quantity, and handling procedures at critical stages of the shipment. During discharge, the surveyor documents the cargo’s condition upon arrival, identifies any damages sustained during transit, and verifies tally and out-turn figures.
